My experience here is that the people are salesmen first, caring people second. With that said, I bought a truck I love here and I learned a lot from the experience. They were good to push the awesome warranty I have with it. Do your due diligence before you buy a vehicle from anyone, even if they are friendly.

I bought a 2003 ford ranger for my son at Big S from Mike. There was no pressure to buy. That in itself is awesome. I found Mike to be honest and very helpful. Would buy from Big S again!

We are out of state buyers after finding this place and buying a truck we found them to be very accommodating and a couple years later I knew this was the place to look for my next. Well, I had one of my best experiences ever purchasing a vehicle today. My business is expanding and I needed a delivery truck. Was on my way home turned on to S Sara Rd just west of Newcastle and came across Big "S" Auto and Tractor Sales. Was greeted by Shannon and Mike and in a matter of less than an hour drove 4 very nice used trucks. No pressure and very helpful were both of these guys. I put down a small deposit and then came back in about an hour, closed on it and drove off with my new truck! I kid you not, the best car buying experience I have had in a long time. Thanks guys I will be back again! Go see these guys! They will treat you right and have a great selection of used trucks.

I found a 1998 Cherokee at Big S online. I always said that I’d never buy a car online without seeing it personally. I called them about it and they were friendly and helpful. They sent me video of the Jeep and I decided that I wanted it. I live in Indiana and decided to have it delivered- they were a big help with that and got it done. This 1998 Jeep is even nicer than they described-and in Amazing condition! Thanks guys for a great buying experience!

All done over the internet and by phone. Mike was great. Friendly and easy to work with. Great place to buy a vehicle. I bought a Dodge Ram 2500 diesel burgundy. I couldn’t be happier with the truck and the service.

The team at Big S Auto is top-notch. They are very helpful and have a big inventory of trucks. After test driving several we found something above and beyond what we were expecting for the price. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely come here for our next truck.
